Seven Three Distilling Co., in union with the Louisiana Distillers Guild partners, hosted a national/international media group recently in regards to the up and coming Louisiana Rum. One of those media members is the well-respected Carlo DeVito who highlighted the below commentary about his visit.
“Seven Three Distilling Company is named for the neighborhood where the company is located. Each of the spirits released by the distillery is named after a neighborhood in New Orleans. Owned by Jeff and Mary Anna Rogers, head distiller Luka Cutura makes exceptional spirits. Black Pearl Rum is 66% molasses and 33% evaporated sugar. All local sugar from Lula Farms. Also make great vodka, gin, and bourbon. Some very cool different aged rum expressions. One of the distilleries most ready for prime time with its wide array of exceptional line of products and excellent branding. Very impressive.”
